Beef Prime rib roast

I made a small rib roast (7#) on the Bull tonight, following the directions linked above. Served with mashed potatoes, heirloom carrots, onion rings, and ginger braised collards. Turned out great!
That looks perfect! Did u cook that at 225 the whole time??

I have found that when reverse searing a rib roast there usually aren't enough drippings for the Au Jus. You can buy some beef ribs and roast them on a rack in a pan and get your Au Jus from there.
