    Hi there and welcome! I bought the folding front shelf and searing grates with my Bull. I have been very happy with both. I never fold the front shelf down and use it almost everytime. I have used the searing grates about 5 times so far and they do really work. I use the reverse searing method...

    I love the chicken thighs. I get the skinless and just put some Lemon Pepper sprinkle on them and it is always great!

    I was searing steaks last week with my searing grates. Went up to about 525 before I put them on for 3 minutes each side. I live in central California. Weather was about 50 degrees at the time.
