    Definitely on the right side or back. If too clad to the probe it will throw off readings. I've done it under the grates in the barrel, too. Easiest on the top back or right. ??

    Finally a break in the weather. I made a load of meatballs, chicken thighs and finally 4 on-the-bone, chicken breasts for dinner. Using the LJ Char Hickory. Good flavor and very moist.

    Long time griller/Bradley smoker, first time pellet griller.

    Fortunately 2 different things. My coffee has a smoke flavor like pulled pork or bacon. The other is actually smoking the coffee. Next they will say that smoking crack is bad for you. ?? Where do they come up with this stuff. ??

    Smoked coffee is kind of like coffee when you are out camping. I used to do it in the Bradley as a cold smoke. Now I use the Bull at 180. Just grind and pit out on a plate. Usually 3 hrs.     I just finished my first run at curing a pork belly and then smoking and slicing it to fry for bacon. It was good. I’ve also just done, pork belly, whole, uncured on the smoker. It makes great street tacos. 2 different preps and final products. Most import, it’s all pork and all delicious ??
