Enlarge the hole it has to go through. I got my 700 last March, I put it together myself and I am a handicapped Vet, it says to use 2 people, I had my wife help when it was time to put it on its wheels (right side up) other than that I put it together self, however, their WiFi at that time...

You and me both Brother, I was a stick and fire guy for years and yes I put out great product for friends and family but I got older and got tired of cold, rain, snow and all three at once bought the 700 over a year ago.

I use foil but I also use two foil baking sheets from the Dollar store.

Did the same thing cheap pizzas and dressed them up

I did the same on the pellet hopper... Problem solved very little smoke coming out around the lid.

Read in the forum a little ash is good but that much I don't think so.

I have an RT-700, a Weber Genesis gas grill, and a Blackstone, two burner Camp chef, wife does Boudin balls and she can do a lot.
