    Stampede Pellet feed rate settings

    RT 590. The minimum feed rate out of the box is 6.5. Took 30 mins to get from 62 to 500, and another 20 minutes to get back up to 500 after putting steaks on. Will increasing feed rate decrease the preheat time, and the time to get back to set temp after putting meat in? Suggestions for...

    Stampede To Mop or Not to Mop pork butt

    No dog in the fight here. But, the pellet grill loses more temp than my old propane grill when you open the lid, and takes longer to get back up to temp. So, mopping/spritzing often to get the taste you're looking for seems to be a function of time and money.

    Bull Are Crispy Wings Possible w/ RT-700?

    Post #4 suggests using baking soda for crispy wings. Post #9 suggests baking powder. Is it baking soda or baking powder, or do both work?
