    Bull Whole chicken on the Bull

    Get an instant read thermometer and use this as a check. I generally pull a whole chicken around 165ish and let it sit for about 10 minutes before cutting up. I bought a decent quality instant read thermometer on Amazon for about $15.

    Bull Scratches on Bull.

    You can take out a lot of these scratches using some light sand paper. I had a huge scratch in mine on the shelf that has the wifi/temp assembly and they replaced the shelf. From your pictures it looks like those should buff out. Jeff
