Try switching them at the plug end and see if you get the same numbers (but reversed). These were in two pork butts with different weights. Numbers seem to be very close to one another. I have not done any accuracy checks or calibrations to date. They are either both right.....or both wrong.

Folding shelf is nice! Just installed mine a few minutes ago.

My initial connection (RT-700) took multiple attempts but finally worked....for three cooks. Now no red light, 'Device offline'.
