Possible remote start work around - USE AT YOUR OWN RSK

I used the Tuya app and it worked with my bull 700. It doesn't give alerts when it's at temperature or prob temperature alerts. However, it does allow me to turn the grill on with my Google home. Pretty cool.

Pork First attempt at making our own bacon.

Looks great. I have noticed with the bacon I make it frys up much faster or easier to burn. Have you noticed that?

I like a reverse sear on steak. So if you are doing a 2 pound bone in ribeye I would cook at 300 until around 110 to 115 wrap in foil and get the grill hot 450 or max. Put steaks on just to sear and get the temp to the desired doneness you like.

The grill grates will give you much better grill marks not sure if you could achieve as pronounced marks without them. However the steak will taste great without it just a little better with the grates. My 2 cents.

    Bullseye New bullseye beta

I tried to do a reverse sear with a couple of steaks using the bull for the lower temperature and searing with the bullseye. The bullseye didn't get above 150ish degrees and gave me an error 2 message. I tried three times and received the same error. I finished it on the bull. Next day I...

    Bullseye New bullseye beta

The beta was $250 and that was a special price to purchase it at the festival. The new one will be stainless steel with a price of $400 for 30 days then $500. That is the information I was told months ago so that could change. Yes it does a good job as a grill and I think it would work well...
