I crank my bull up to 500 and straight to grate

Same problem with mine ,less than a year old and same scenario with rolling on concrete. Sent a email with pics and talked with CS and they sent replacement casters .. not sure about long term but for now was very satisfied ..

Anybody experimenting with an eye of round on the bull ?

Love using the griddle , but seems to warp when at hi temp but flattens back out as it cools down ? Does anyone else have this same problem ?
