Cameo came in a few days early. Amazing results! It’s not perfect and needed a good amount of elbow grease which I expected, but it’s much better than before. For future reference, it was the Aluminum and Stainless steel Cameo.

Certainly will. Gonna be a few days. I live in a small town and will need to order it.

It doesn’t feel to my finger like it’s raised up at all, it feels just as smooth as the rest of the stainless steel. I’ll give the Cameo a shot

The white stuff is residual oven cleaner that I forgot to remove before I took the pic. Wipes right off.

I have the Smoke Daddy 3 RPM in my 700. It took a little tinkering to install. Wires are shorter, and the auger had to be pushed in slightly to make the motor fit. The install requires the grill to be empty of pellets. Heats up to 500 in 15-20 minutes. On a different note, I have had two issues...

I picked up 2 bags of Pit Boss comp blend at WalMart. They were on clearance for $11 a bag cause they had been ripped open, but still had most of the pellets. No issues getting to 500, but there was a ton of sawdust in the bag. Not sure how old the are, but they get to any temp no problem for...

I did consider turning it down, but since I decided to be different and order a different motor, I figured I should give it a proper test. The temp swings don’t concern me at all, especially since it stabilizes so quick, and a few minutes here and there in a 8-12 hour cook isn’t going to matter.

Smoke Daddy auger took 6 minutes to get to 225 for some pork shoulder today. Has held steady for the past 7 hours and is still going smoothly. Also set the feed rate to 1.5 as recommended. It has overshot anywhere between 5-25 degrees after opening the lid to mist the shoulders in apple cider...
