    I just called Rec Tec for an update on the app issue. I’m told that it’s going to be the end of this week yet for a fix.

    Wow! Same issue with my iPhone X. I’ve been getting extremely frustrated with the Rec Tec app! It is though a little comforting that I’m not solo in this. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.
