    I am going to start a brisket overnight. this is my first full brisket on the Bull. I have done flats before. I like a nice bark and I am wondering if I should just let it cook longer and not foil wrap or do I loose something by not wrapping at 165?

    Rec Tec website

    Did the rec tec website change? My login does not work anymore, says there is not account, but I just got my RT-700 a few weeks ago. And the site looks different. Accessing the site through the app also does not work correctly. It seems more difficult to navigate to recipes, etc.
