I use a bucket head vac from Home Depot to suck out pellets from the 590 to replace with different pellets. If you remove the safety screen out of the hopper, you can get most all of the pellets out. The vac fits an orange Home Depot bucket perfectly.

Worked perfectly on my wife's iPhone last night because she has not upgraded to the new ios 13. Still will not work on mine since I have upgraded to the new ios. I believe that Rec Tec saying that it has to do with server maintenance is BS.
