    Need help: flamed out twice

    Making ribs today. Set 700 at 225 degrees. Checked at 1 hour and sprayed with acv/ apple juice. Checked at hour 2 after noticing dip in temp on app. Temp down to 190. Checked and lots of smoke. Removed food. Turned off unit. Let it run the shutdown. Removed all grates, pans, shields. Pellets...
