I always turn temperature down to 225 before shutting down. If you are cooking at higher temps, say 400, then just shut it down, then it may cause other problems. II have seen it discussed in other groups.

If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. I think minimum feed rate factory setting had been changed to 3.0.

If you are using meat probes they will show different than an ambient temperature probe.

I have to believe that this is due to the server being overwhelmed with all that are using the app at the same time. on slower days you hardly hear anything about this issue. Just my thoughts.
