    First time beef ribs

    I did beef ribs for the first time on Father’s Day and they were amazing. Did a 1:1:0.5 salt, pepper, garlic powder mix then cooked at 250 until probe tender (7.5 hours till internal was 205-210). Here are some pics of the cook.
