Just started my first cook. Decided to start easy with some dry rub chicken wings and a couple of chicken breasts. Let’s see how this turns out.

RT-590 arrived today. Got it put together and did the initial burn in. I did not plan very well and don't have anything ready for my first cook. Work tomorrow so it looks like Saturday will be my first cook. This is my first smoker of any kind but I'm ready for the adventure.
