Hey guys. I brought home an RT700 home from Georgia Sunday. I've done chicken (turned out great) and then ribs (not so great). They smoked up perfectly, but my home-made rub recipe wasn't the best. So what do you guys like? There are so many commercial rubs out there. What's the top 3?

I tried some chicken. I soaked it first in Zesty Italian dressing, then coated one side in Simply Marvelous cherry rub. The other side was covered in Kosmos Honey Killer Bee. I put the Bull at Xtreme smoke for 40 minutes. I should have did an hour in Xtreme, but I was short on time. Then up to...

Has anyone ran into this problem? I can't get the smokebox handle to insert all the way. It'll go in about 2/3rds of the way, then bind up... I can't force it in any more. I tried cleaning the hole out with a round file, but no luck. I may have to dream out the hole with a half-inch drill bit...
