shouldn't you calibrate to the level at which your food is cooking, like 1" off of the grill? you also probably have to take an average temp over time.
the same happened to me. Mine was over the temp, so I did an offset of +5. Also I have a separate problem of the right side temperature being hotter than the left side temperature by 30 degrees at 250 temp, and was able to see this for over an hour. Working with tech support to see if we can...
Been on Keto for. 2 years. There are sugar free BBQ sauces they sell here locally. Worstechire sauce is very low carb. I wouldnt buy anything that is pre-seasoned - I'm finding that Costco adds sugar to their seasoning! Always have to check the ingredients.
