Beef Ribs from my 590 this past weekend!

Just cooked this one yesterday on my 590. Dry brined with Meat Church Holy Gospel then roasted at 375 for about an hour. Basted with modified( added honey) scratch made version of Aaron Franklins table sauce at the 45 min mark. Turned out great!

No I was able to get in on the Dick’s deal on Monday night after failing a couple times on Sunday.

I’ve been looking for pellets locally and came across Barbeques Galore store branded pellets. Has anyone used them and if so any thoughts?
