Just finished adding my SmokeDaddy cold smoker to the BFG! Hoping to augment the smoke and get the flavor I’m use too coming from a stick burner plus be able to smoke my cheeses and salts and such.
What’s up y’all! I just picked up the BFG 2500 with the free 340. I’m coming from 20+ years of stick burners and propane. Anyone have any tips on initial smokes. I was thinking butts and leg quarters. Also any pointers, I hoping for an easy transition.
