    Bull First Cook Complete..

Thigh thickness 1/2 - 3/4" probe location +/- 1/8" measurement uncertainty. Probes in this circumstance are an indication, not a final measure.

Stampede Issues/Disappointment with RT-590 and ReqTeq

Just my $0.02, but I find the 590 to be an excellent low and slow cooker. I'm not into a big smoke flavor, so I don't find that an issue. I didn't have much luck with the hot and fast cooks on it and bought a Bullseye that excels in that kind of cooking. If most of my cooks were a 400 and...

    Stampede 590 Wheel replacement

    Stampede 590 Wheel replacement

Thanks for the advise. I plan to reuse the nuts and washers that are currently there and will certainly use stainless bolts. I'm a big fan of no rust.

    Stampede 590 Wheel replacement

I really need to check the whole deck, but I put 3/4" blocks under the wheels and the unit is level. I've got 7" wheels from Hobo Freight and 5/16 x 1/2 x 1.5" bushings from the jungle company. I need to get 5/16 x 3.5" bolts from Ace and I will put them on Sunday. I'll post some pictures...
