I called them about my 340 temp spiking and they saw where I had purchased the 3 rpm motor. They then started accusing me of putting the 3rpm motor in the 340. Its still in the cabinet awaiting install in the 700.
I called in to purchase a BFG augur motor for the 700 along with a few other items. CS ask if I had a BFG and I said no I have a 700. He indicated others were doing the same but the boss said not to sell bfg auger motors unless the customer had a bfg. He told me to order it on line which I did...
Has anyone tried the Premium Grill Pad. If so how well has it held up. Is it durable. Can the pollen build up going on now be easily washed off.

Thanks for the post. Had to seal up the 340 after several smokes. Picking up a 700 next Monday. Will have the materials ready to seal it up at assembly.
