Hi all, quick question, i want to try making bacon on my Trailblazer, and was wondering if it goes low enough to do this? Ive read 175 degrees. i have never had my smoker that low, is this possible? Thanks

Hi all ive actually had my trailblazer for a few months now, been lurking and forgot to post here. Coming from a GMG DC, what a difference, I actually dont have to watch my temps anymore lol. Love it so far and cant wait to try different recipes Thanks .
