As your poll says ... Get over it. If you wanted it delivered on a particular day, I'm sure RecTec could have arranged for express delivery (at additional cost, of course), but to expect delivery on a specific date using standard shipping is a bit of a stretch.

Ability to change temperature automatically after a predetermined period of time. This would be huge, at least for me. I'd also like to see the ability to change the temperature after a specific internal temperature is achieved.
