181 degrees for 5.5 hrs
210 degrees for 12.5 Hours until internal temp at 195.

Wrapped in foil at 155 Degrees.

Don't quote me on it, but I think it was about 6 lbs.

Not when the initial 5 hours was at 180 deg. ill bet the smoke flavor was awesome!!
