Reverse Sear Cowboy Ribeye on RT 700. Cooked at 250 until internal temp reached 110. Then set to Full and seared on Grill Grated for 5 min per side. Taste and texture was incredible.

That looks good. After you reached the 110, did you just turn the grill to 500 and throw it immediately on the grates? Or did you pull the steak (maybe put in the cold smoke to keep warm or something) while the grates (and grill) got up to temp? Just wondering because the sear looks nice.

Same way I did my Ribeyes wife just prefers a little more done. I think you did an excellent job !!

Look amazing. The key is to take it off around 100 degrees so that the grates finish it at your desired temp. First one i made let it get too hot on grill, grates brought it over 130. Yours is the way its done! Nice job.
