Bull 2nd attempt at smoked brisket

What pellets are you using? You might try mixing in some oak, hickory etc to give more flavor
 
Maybe try adding a smoke tube on the inside for extra smoke
 
Super easy briskit. 250 for 5 hours, wrap in foil stick probe in thickest part continue to cook 2 more hours or until internal is 203.
 
I have heard of people putting some pellets on top of the heater plate below the drip pan. Then they heat up and turn black just like an electric smoker and produces a good addition of smoke. Maybe 2-4 oz.
