Another thumbs up for the customer service

Got my new RT-340 on the weekend, had a few minor issues, and got a very prompt phone call from Adam over at Rec Tec. They are getting everything fixed up for me. It's one thing to read about the great customer service, it's another to actually experience it. Very refreshing after having dealt with some other (non-bbq related) companies lately.

The customer service is certainly making me glad I picked RT.

Funny how hearing it over and over and it never gets old!!
Makes me feel good about my purchase! That and the food coming off of it!!
