Bull Anyone ever tried to make Jerky?

I was just thinking about making some Jerky....has anyone ever tried to make it on the bull? Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Just made some of the best jerky yet on the RT 700. Used the recipe from Trager grill site. Used flank steak had bourbon and other ingredients from the recipe tab. Really good and did not last long, need to make more.

And then you smoke it? Is this just your preferred spices to use?
