Looks great, I started a brisket this morning also. It will be my first brisket on my new Stampede!

@flracer43 ..I'd say you did an Excellent job!!!... Looks great. What was your process and time on that badboy?
Black pepper and Kosher salt smoked extreme smoke 180° for 3 hrs then 225° until 175° IT then put in pan wrapped pan until 204°IT. I don't Normally put in pan trying something different. 12lb

That, my friend, is one helluva looking brisket! What a smoke ring!! I assume it tastes as good as it looked?
 
Looks awesome, I may try a brisket again using your method as my first one turned out like shoe leather!!!
