Hi all,
Nothing we have not seen before. My wife and family celebrate Passover (So I guess I do as well). I do not like the typical way of the Passover cooking of brisket, which always seems to be more a glorified pot roast. It is good, but not my cup of tea. So when we have Passover, I always cook the brisket on my RT. Tonight was no exception.
Last night trimmed off the 7# flat
