Bullseye Error Codes

Trying to do the burn in on my new Bullseye. Seems that the Auger was not working and and the flame kept going out. Went through the test mode and let the auger run for about 5 minutes in test.Seems to have helped that situation.(I Think) But now I am getting an E-2 Error code. Does anyone know what that is? I can't seem to find anything on this code. Unfortunately Customer service is closed today.
