Or you can adjust it through the app settings using the gear looking thing in the upper right right corner of the app.

Sorry I missed the Bullseye part, dam phone not letting me see everything posted and the neighbor coming over with a 24 pack of Heineken to kill had nothing to do with it either. I don't think Rec Tec has one as it was designed for more of a higher heat grill instead of a low temperature smoker. There's not much information out there on these new Bullseyes PID controllers that I've seen yet. Best to call some one sober at Rec Tec. ?
