Bull First cook on my new Bull !

First cook on the Bull was a success!
Cooked two boneless pork shoulders (15lbs TW), started at 5:30 am, pulled at 6pm (bit longer than I expected) and let is rest 45 mins (not as much as I would have liked but everyone was hungry ? )
I used Lumberjack Cherry pellets and Pork Barrel BBQ Seasoning and Rub (Costco).

Also, at about 4pm, I had to bump the temp up from 225 to 245 in hopes that it would be ready sooner as I had 12 people coming at 5.

Wife said it was the best I have ever made & our friends and family enjoyed it !

Dang @BEARFN that looks darn good.

Is that rain or snow in your last picture? It looks like snow to me!! ?

Made goat cheese and queso fresco pizza with pork loin I cured and smoked and sun dried tomatoes and apple slices. I finished it with fresh arugula. I would make this again when I have cured pork.
 
Live in South FLA and had refused to do big beef on a pellet pooper until recently
.. it's all about the pellet blend... Traeger Big Game mixed with mesquite and the best smoke ring and brisket I where made... I make sure to run at extra smoke mode before really cooking...
