Full Meal on the Rec Tec

Have you ever done an entire meal on the Rec Tec?

Looking for recipe ideas with timing and temps to do whole meals...

Main meat with sides...

@Wooster I've done this several times. Many times have I cooked steaks or fish and veggies (squash, corn on the cob, asparagus, etc).

Timings all depends on what you're wanting to cook of course.

I'm looking for stuff to to cook together, ...

In other words, put in meat A and side B at certain temp, raise at certain temp, etc...

I did a cowboy ribeye and baked potatoes at the same temps for the same times. Wrapped the potatoes in foil just before turning it up to full. Took the steak off while temp was rising. Seared the steak and pulled it all off at the same time.

nothing wrong with adding some homemade rolls to go with the ribs and burgers...
