So I pulled the red wire off the connector from underneath the side box. then I tried to start the grill again and it stayed on. That showed it was the igniter causing the problem. But I needed the grill, so took guts out of the inside and lit the pellets with a propane torch. I tried paper but that did not work. The fan blew the fire out. But the propane torch worked in about 1-2 minutes, then I was up and running! Whew!!!
