Bull Grill will only get 50 degrees away from setpoint

So when I set my grill lets say 350, it only reaches 300. I tried changing the the auger rate and that didn't help. I cleaned the the grill out from ash and still didn't work. I called the office and they said clean the hopper out and still didn't work. and at higher temps it takes for every to get to close to it. On full it is very slow as well.

Not sure where to go from here.

Sounds like another call to customer service is needed. They are usually very helpful. They probably wanted you to try the easy stuff first, and now that you have , I would call back asap to get this resolved. Goodluck !
