RT-1250 Have Limited Time for Ribs Tonight

Hey all,
I am new to the Recteq family and just got a 1250. Using it for the second time and doing some ribs but don’t have a lot of time maybe 2 hours. Can I get them done in that time? I know they wont be the best but very new to pellet grills and how to use them. Any help would be great.

recteq has a video called 1hr ribs. they cut them into single ribs and cooked at 3-350. i haven’t tried it myself

First lesson I learned about this hobby. It's ready when it's ready. Not having the time is doomed for failure. Just my opinion.
