Ingredients:
4 oz. thin sliced ham
2 oz. Canadian bacon, cut up into bite size pieces
1/8 cup of sliced red onion
¼ cup thin sliced pineapple (2 round slices, half of 8 oz. can)
5-6 oz. grated mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup pizza sauce
Crust:
12” pizza skin
Optional apply to finished crust:
2 T melted butter
1 T parmesan cheese
Instructions:
1. Preheat pizza stone in Rec Tec to 500 degrees for one hour.
2. Stretch pizza skin to 12” diameter.
4. Spread pizza sauce on the pizza skin. Next add the thin sliced boar’s head ham and then the cheese, pineapple, Canadian bacon and onion.
5. Bake for 6 minutes; remove from grill. Brush the crust with melted butter and sprinkle the crust with parmesan cheese. Allow the pizza to cool on a rack for 4 minutes.
Drizzle with duck sauce or sweet chili sauce.
