I tried some chicken. I soaked it first in Zesty Italian dressing, then coated one side in Simply Marvelous cherry rub. The other side was covered in Kosmos Honey Killer Bee. I put the Bull at Xtreme smoke for 40 minutes. I should have did an hour in Xtreme, but I was short on time. Then up to 375. I started checking around 35 minutes, and the smallest pieces were already at 170 - 175. The thighs stayed in for another 10 - 15 minutes. The flavor was amazing!!! My son said the chicken was the best thing he ever had in his mouth! Lol.
