New Flagship 1100 owner

Hello all. Just got my flagship 1100 a month ago. Coming from a pit barrel cooker. Already I can say holy moly it’s so much easier to cook as the pit barrel was a very hands on cooker. Looking forward to learning more about this smoker and getting the food to be as good as what I produced on the pit barrel

Welcome. You may find pellets lack some of the flavor of your old smoker, such is the way it is. That’s the trade off for how easy a pellet grill is.
