I ordered the Tenderlicious peach paper back in March and have used it on all of my briskets and have been very happy with it.

thank you for those suggestions... i used some brown roll art paper... worked decent. not very thick though... had to wrap it twice

Go to a restraunt supply and buy a nice big roll... Much cheaper....even if you have to pay shipping...

WebstaurantStore has 24-inch-wide x 700-foot rolls of 40-pound pink paper for $19. It’s the good stuff. The wide paper saves a lot of overlap wrapping.

Aaron Franklin mentioned 40-pound paper in his Master Class. He uses 18-inch paper and overlaps it. 24-inch paper does the job with one piece of paper.
