I was asked to cook 10 full Prime Rib Roast (boneless). Can the BFG handle it? I am thinking they should fit. I am thinking of cutting them in half and tied. Has anyone tried to cook this much Prime Rib? If so any helpful suggestions would greatly appreciated.

Can't comment on capacity but curious why you would cut them in half. That would give you more well done meat I guess if desired but not usually what you want with prime rib.

You don't own a tape measure? The last full roast I had was approx. 18" long by about 8" wide. But then, not all butchers cut the same and there's no standardized, required size. You probably ought to find out the dimensions of the actual pieces of meat you plan to buy and go from there rather than polling folks who have no idea what you're working with.
