Looks great. I've made a few good pies on my trailblazer since I got it. Did you do a full bake with toppings, or a partial then add toppings? I used fresh dough on a screen for about 6 min then added the toppings then baked another 3.

How did you approach yours?
 
Looks wonderful, obviously there were at least 2 of you and one didn’t like green olives!

I used frozen bread dough, then seasoned it and built the pie.Cooked at 500deg. Until done.Cook two at a time on pizza stones.
 
This is great. And incentive to give pizza on the smoker one more try. Although i admit i will keep googling wood fired pizza ovens. Ha!
