Restaurant Depot Open to Public

As the title says, they're open to the public. I just came from there. I picked up a ribeye roast and just finished cutting into steaks and bagging with the Foodsaver. They weren't the best grade I've had, but ribeye on the leaner side is still good.

They are a warehouse type wholesaler for restaurants. You normally need a resale tax ID or other method to show you're a legit biz. KCBS membership used to get you a Restaurant Depot membership. I first learned of them when food network had their food truck competition show and they regularly boosted them.

Looks like we do have one in Kentucky, over in Louisville. I'll have to check it out!
