I have a rolled rump roast in freezer from a cow that I split with a friend that I want to smoke this weekend. Would like some help with how I should cook it. Thanks for your time.

Mississippi pot roast is a great choiceI’ve never smoked one, but they can be a tough cut of meat that easily drys out. As a starting point I’d suggest cooking one on the smoker just like a Mississippi Pot Roast. I’ve posted on the how-to on this forum if you want to search for it.
