Bull Rubber Gasket for Bull Horns?

I do have some Loc-Tite I use. I should’ve mentioned that.
I wouldn't consider LocTite as an "Anti-Seize" compound. But, being a liquid, it will help lubricate threads on installation, if only to a minor degree though.

And, now that I think about it, I'd shy away from using LocTite on stainless to stainless unions on the grille. Particularly on the horn/handles. They're not subject to vibration or mechanical stress.

I still think your best bet is a little purpose designed/manufactured Anti-Seize compound on the screw threads. I use this and it's served me very well over the years;
