Bull Screen blanked out. Anyone else?

WiFi functions still work but my screen is toast. 1 month. Wtf?

Also - don’t know if related but I turned smoker off and it kept running even thought it was off on my app. Went to Control and manually turned it off. Turned back on by itself.

Under warranty but curious if anyone else had this issue.

First I've heard of this problem.. atleast they do have the great warranty and CS...even if it's a hassle to replace.

I would hope they send a new control unit before or concurrent to sending mine in. I use this smoker to cook most of my meals.
