Seafood Smoked Rockfish

I was out on Chesapeake Bay last week and caught some nice Rockfish. I found this recipe online and thought it was good so I wanted to share. Since I'm from Maryland, Old Bay Rub was necessary but feel free to use what you like.

Preheat Rec Tec Grill at 225.
Spray both sides of the fillets with Olive Oil.
Coat both sides of fillets with Old Bay Rub.
Place fillets on the Mess Cooking Mat.
Sprinkle with lemon juice (or place lemon slices on top)
Smoke/cook for 2 hours.
